Hello! I’m not that familiar with these things to make a good answer but I used to watch an Anime (Shirobako) that talked about this. If you’re curious about seiyuu industry and want to learn more, I also recommend the Animes, Girlish Number and Bakuman.

Here is a nice diagram. So someone as big as HanaKana or Mamo would probably earn near seven digits. (That is in USD I’m assuming)

I don’t know if Tosshi qualifies as an “A-list” seiyuu as he’s not in that many Anime works.
